Landmark decisions from the U.S. Supreme Court are few and far between. So we’re excited to have been knee-deep in the Court’s decision, announced Wednesday, on the Westboro Baptist Church verses Albert Snyder case.
Attorney Craig T. Trebilcock who filed the initial lawsuit against Westboro on behalf of York resident Albert Snyder, and who served as co-counsel on the case as it wended its way to the Supreme Court, is presently a candidate for Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of York County.
Because we represent attorney Trebilcock in his candidacy, we had to be well prepared for the media onslaught once the Supreme Court made its decision.
